Service terms
Updated 13 October 2026
1. Enquiry and agreement
The provider is Osaühing Aldre Ehitus. Descriptions and starting prices are reference offers. The website form is not an order. A contract is formed in the agreed manner after acceptance of a written quotation and terms. The quotation defines the property, equipment, work, materials, timing, price, payment and handover arrangements.
2. Prices and payment
“From” is the price of the described starting package in euros, including VAT. Installation prices exclude equipment unless expressly stated otherwise. Extra materials, travel, access equipment and additional work are agreed before an order. Payment is by invoiced bank transfer; any deposit or stages are stated in the quotation. This website has no online payment, automatic charging or finance application.
3. Requirements for work
The customer provides necessary property information and agreed access. Suitability, approvals, authorisations and required competence are clarified before work. Electrical, building or refrigerant tasks are undertaken only with the necessary authorisation and are agreed separately where needed. Maintenance or initial diagnostics do not automatically resolve every fault. No specific reduction in energy use is guaranteed.
4. Timing, changes and handover
Work and delivery dates are set in the quotation. Changes or extras require prior written agreement. Notify appointment changes by email as early as possible. Notice or cancellation charges apply only where agreed before the contract and permitted by law. Agreed work and operating principles are reviewed at handover. Statutory remedies for defects remain applicable; any additional manufacturer warranty is supplied where relevant.
5. Consumer withdrawal
A consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion to withdraw from a distance or off-premises service contract, unless a statutory exception applies. Notification can be sent by email or post. Starting before that period ends requires a separate express request. After a validly requested early start, the proportionate value of work actually provided may be payable on withdrawal. For fully performed services the right ends only under the statutory conditions, following a prior request and acknowledgement of the loss. An enquiry is never a waiver.
Amounts refundable under the law are returned without undue delay, generally within 14 days after notification. Goods contracts and statutory exceptions are addressed in the relevant agreement.
Example withdrawal notice
To: Osaühing Aldre Ehitus, Raadiku tn 15-48, Tallinn 13817, Estonia; aldre.ehitus@gmail.com.
I notify you that I withdraw from this service contract: [work or contract reference]. Date of conclusion: [date]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Notification date: [date]. Signature only if sent on paper.
6. Complaints and disputes
Send a written complaint to aldre.ehitus@gmail.com with the work or invoice reference and description. A consumer complaint is answered within 15 days. If no agreement is reached, the consumer can contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or pursue other legal remedies. Business disputes follow the written contract and applicable law.
7. International customers
Location, country of work, communication language and contractual arrangements are agreed separately. Estonian law does not remove mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of residence where these legally apply. English supports communication; contract language is agreed together. Nothing here reduces statutory consumer rights.
